4. Rider Passport Data

Rider Passport data may include sensitive information such as health and medical details. This data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent and is used solely to facilitate experience bookings and rider safety.

You control who sees your Rider Passport. You may set your passport visibility to Public, Providers Only or Private at any time from your account settings. Sharing your Rider Passport with a Provider is voluntary and at your discretion.

5. Provider Information

We collect business and identity information from Providers as part of the verification process. This data is used to verify provider eligibility, maintain platform integrity and comply with applicable regulations. Provider business profiles are displayed publicly on the Platform.

7. Analytics
